Haemophilia NI Planning Day

Our Haemophilia NI team of trustees came together on Saturday 21^st February for a focused and productive planning day.

We reviewed and updated key policies and procedures to ensure strong governance and best practice and also spent time discussing trustee roles and responsibilities to strengthen clarity and accountability across the board.

We planned future events and looked at resources to ensure we continue delivering meaningful support to the bleeding disorder community across Northern Ireland. We had great feedback from our members that attended The Haemophilia Society led Sports Day event last year and are developing our own Sports Day starting next year (2027) with something for a broader range of ages

Alongside the strategic work, the day provided valuable time for team building and improving communication. It was a positive opportunity to reflect, collaborate and plan confidently for the next 3 years.
