Membership – Join Haemophilia NI and become a part of our bleeding disorder community, membership is free and is for anyone who is affected by a bleeding disorder. By becoming a member, you help us understand our community better and will be updated on latest news and events.
Volunteer – Would you be interested in volunteering to support Haemophilia NI? Volunteering can sometimes feel like a big step, but at Haemophilia NI we understand that everyone has existing commitments, whether that’s family, work, or education, and we are always happy to offer flexible opportunities that work around you. There are many ways to get involved, from helping at events to sharing your personal story and experiences. Fundraising - Fundraising plays a vital role in enabling Haemophilia NI to continue providing essential support, education, and advocacy for individuals and families affected by bleeding disorders. Every contribution helps ensure access to resources, community programmes, and vital awareness initiatives that make a real difference in people’s lives. We warmly encourage all members to get involved - whether by organising an event, taking on a personal challenge, or sharing new ideas - your participation can have a meaningful impact. Together, through creativity and collective effort, we can strengthen our community and support Haemophilia NI’s important work. Trustee - Have you thought about becoming a trustee with Haemophilia NI? It’s a big step, but a truly rewarding and worthwhile opportunity to make a meaningful difference. As a trustee, you’ll be involved in monthly meetings where you can help shape decisions and influence future event plans. You’ll also work alongside others in small groups to organise and develop upcoming events. You won’t be expected to take this on alone - we provide full support, encourage teamwork, and offer flexibility to fit around your commitments. It’s a great way to contribute your ideas, grow in confidence, and play an active role in supporting the community.
